Paul O. Skatvold graduated with a history degree, magna cum laude, from Moorhead State University in 1969. After four years in the U.S. Army, he attended law school at the University of Minnesota and graduated cum laude in 1976. |

Mr. Skatvold is a member of the Clay County, 7th District and Minnesota State Bar Association. He has serviced on the 7th District Ethics Committee and is currently on the State Title Standard Committee. He is past president of the Clay County Bar Association. He has been involved with the Moorhead State Alumni Association, Moorhead Mid-day Lions Club, Moorhead Rotary, Moorhead Chamber of Commerce, and Moorhead Economic Development Authority. |
